Day 1 — Ancient Capitals and City Lights

   Today is a beautiful bridge between Georgia's grand past and its vibrant present. We will start by looking at history from a monumental perspective, travel back in time to the birthplace of Georgian Christianity, and then dive deep into the lively, artistic heartbeat of Tbilisi’s iconic landmarks.

2. Chronicle of Georgia

   Our day begins with a visit to the 'Georgian Stonehenge'—the Chronicle of Georgia. Perched on a hill overlooking the Tbilisi Sea, this massive, awe-inspiring monument features 30-meter-tall bronze pillars that beautifully depict the history of Georgia, its kings, and its deep spiritual roots. The sheer scale of the columns and the panoramic views over the city are absolutely unforgettable.

3. Jvari Monastery

   Next, we drive to Jvari Monastery, a breathtaking 6th-century hilltop church that stands proudly overlooking Mtskheta. This is one of the country's most sacred sites, but it is equally famous for its view: from the cliff's edge, you will look down upon the magical, postcard-perfect confluence of two major rivers—the Aragvi and the Mtkvari—as they meet and flow together.

4. Optional · Lunch in Mtskheta

   Take a break in a cozy, traditional garden restaurant in Mtskheta. This is the perfect spot to try local specialties like Lobio (savory Georgian bean stew served in a clay pot) accompanied by freshly baked Mchadi (cornbread) and traditional pickled vegetables.

5. Mtskheta – The Ancient Capital

   After lunch, we explore the cobblestone streets of Mtskheta, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world and the spiritual heart of Georgia. We will walk through the charming local market streets up to the majestic Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage site filled with grand architecture, sacred relics, and centuries of royal history.

6. Tbilisi City Tour

   We then head back to Tbilisi to experience the city from a brand new perspective. We will stroll through the vibrant pedestrian streets of Shardeni, admire the futuristic glass architecture of the Bridge of Peace, and wander past charming art cafes, clock towers, and hidden courtyards that make the capital feel so magical as the evening lights begin to turn on.

7. End · Evening Back to the Hotel

   After an incredible day filled with ancient history and urban exploration, we will drop you off at your hotel. Unwind, relax, and get some rest, because tomorrow we hit the road again for some serious adrenaline and mountain views!

Day 2 — High Peaks and Adrenaline in the Caucasus

1. Start · Morning The Ultimate Mountain Adventure

   Get ready for a thrilling return to the Great Caucasus Mountains! Today, we head north once again along the spectacular military highway, but this time, we are blending iconic alpine views with high-octane adventure and action. It’s a day designed for nature lovers and thrill-seekers alike.

2. Zhinvali Reservoir and Ananuri Castle

   We begin our drive with a fresh look at the breathtaking, turquoise Zhinvali Reservoir and the historic stone watchtowers of Ananuri Castle. It's the perfect scenic morning start to stretch your legs, capture beautiful photos against the water, and prepare for the higher altitudes ahead.

3. The Confluence of Black and White Aragvi

   We will make a quick stop in Pasanauri to witness the fascinating natural phenomenon where the distinct dark and light currents of the Black and White Aragvi rivers meet and flow side by side.

4. Gudauri Friendship Monument

   As we ascend above 2,000 meters, we reach the colorful Gudauri Friendship Monument, standing dramatically on the edge of a steep cliff. The views into the plunging valleys below are immense and truly awe-inspiring.

5. Optional · Paragliding, ATV, or Buggy Tour

   Time for some real adrenaline! In Gudauri, you can choose your own adventure. Take to the skies with a tandem paragliding flight for a breathtaking, bird's-eye view of the snow-capped Caucasus peaks, or rent an ATV/Buggy to roar through the rugged mountain trails and alpine meadows.

6. Optional · Lunch in Kazbegi (Stepantsminda)

   After working up an appetite, we travel to the alpine town of Stepantsminda for a hearty lunch. Enjoy traditional mountain food like fresh Khinkali while sitting right beneath the shadows of giant mountain peaks.

7. Gergeti Trinity Church

   The grand finale of our mountain journey! We head up the winding mountain path to the iconic 14th-century Gergeti Trinity Church. Standing completely isolated at 2,170 meters against the dramatic, epic backdrop of Mount Kazbek, it is a sight that will stay with you forever.

8. End · Evening Return to Tbilisi

   With a camera full of epic shots and a heart pumping with adrenaline, we will begin our drive back down to Tbilisi. We will drop you off at your hotel for a well-deserved rest after an unforgettable journey to the peaks of Georgia!
