Day 1: Journey to the Peaks

We begin our adventure with a comfortable drive from your hotel towards the Greater Caucasus Mountains. Today you will explore some of the most breathtaking landscapes in Georgia, filled with rivers, peaks, and ancient fortresses.

Zhinvali Reservoir
Our first stop is the stunning Zhinvali Reservoir. This large artificial lake is surrounded by green mountains and offers incredible photo opportunities with its bright blue waters and peaceful atmosphere.

Ananuri Fortress
Next, we visit the historic Ananuri Fortress, a beautiful castle complex overlooking the Aragvi River. This 16th–17th century fortress tells stories of battles, kings, and Georgia’s rich feudal history.

We continue to the unique meeting point of the Black and White Aragvi Rivers. Here you can clearly see two rivers flowing side by side with different colors before merging into one.

We arrive in Gudauri, a famous ski resort town. Here we visit the Russia–Georgia Friendship Monument, offering panoramic views of deep valleys and dramatic mountain scenery.
