Today we leave the busy rhythm of the capital behind and begin a fascinating journey through the ancient heart of Georgia. Our first destination is the magnificent Chronicle of Georgia, often called the “Georgian Stonehenge.” Massive stone pillars rise high above the hills overlooking the Tbilisi Sea, telling the story of Georgian kings, heroes, saints, and biblical scenes through monumental carvings. The peaceful atmosphere and panoramic views over the city create a powerful first impression of Georgia’s deep history and proud spirit.

Jvari Monastery
Next, we travel to the legendary Jvari Monastery, one of the most important religious monuments in the country. Our final destination for the day is the incredible Uplistsikhe Cave Town, one of the oldest settlements in Georgia. Carved directly into the rocky cliffs more than 3,000 years ago, this ancient city once stood along the famous Silk Road. As we walk through tunnels, ancient halls, wine celars, and hidden chambers, you will feel transported into another world. Return to Tbilisi
After a full day of discovery, we return comfortably to Tbilisi. Tonight is the perfect opportunity to relax, enjoy the evening atmosphere of the capital, and prepare for tomorrow’s journey into the famous wine region of Kakheti. Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 2 — Wine Region of Kakheti

Journey to Kakheti
Today we travel east toward Kakheti, the beautiful wine region of Georgia and the birthplace of wine itself. Rolling vineyards, peaceful monasteries, charming hilltop towns, and centuries-old winemaking traditions await us throughout the day. This journey is a perfect mix of culture, relaxation, delicious flavors, and unforgettable landscapes.

Our first stop is the famous KTW Winery, where you will discover the ancient Georgian tradition of winemaking. Georgia has over 8,000 years of wine history, and today you will have the chance to taste several authentic Georgian wines completely free of charge. You will learn about traditional qvevri winemaking methods while enjoying rich flavors, warm hospitality, and the relaxing atmosphere of the vineyards.

Bodbe Monastery
Next, we visit the peaceful Bodbe Monastery, one of the most sacred religious sites in Georgia. Surrounded by gardens, tall trees, and panoramic views over the Alazani Valley, this beautiful monastery is the resting place of Saint Nino, who brought Christianity to Georgia. The calm atmosphere and breathtaking scenery make this stop both spiritual and deeply relaxing.

Day 3 — Southern Georgia Adventure

Today we head toward the wild and beautiful landscapes of southern Georgia, where dramatic canyons, green valleys, and modern architectural wonders create an unforgettable combination of nature and adventure. Today we travel along the legendary Georgian Military Highway toward the majestic Caucasus Mountains. This is one of the most scenic routes in the entire country, filled with turquoise reservoirs, medieval castles, dramatic valleys, and snow-covered peaks. Every stop today feels like a postcard coming to life.

Jinvali Reservoir
Our first stop is the beautiful Jinvali Reservoir, famous for its stunning turquoise waters surrounded by green mountains. This peaceful location offers incredible panoramic views and is one of the most photographed places along the Georgian Military Highway.
