Our first stop is the magnificent Chronicle of Georgia, often called the “Georgian Stonehenge.” Towering giant pillars rise above the hills overlooking the Tbilisi Sea, telling stories of Georgian kings, queens, saints, and biblical events through dramatic stone carvings. The atmosphere here feels grand and cinematic, while the panoramic views stretching over Tbilisi create the perfect beginning to your adventure.

Jvari Monastery
We continue to the legendary Jvari Monastery, one of Georgia’s most important religious treasures and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Perched high on a mountaintop, the monastery overlooks the breathtaking confluence of the Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers. Gori & the Stalin Museum
Next, we travel to the city of Gori, the birthplace of one of the most controversial figures in world history — Joseph Stalin. Our adventure continues to the extraordinary Uplistsikhe cave city, one of the oldest urban settlements in the Caucasus. As we walk through its tunnels, ancient halls, pagan temples, wine cellars, and hidden passageways, it feels as though we have stepped into another world. Return to Tbilisi
After a day filled with ancient legends, powerful history, and incredible landscapes, we return to Tbilisi for a relaxing evening and overnight stay in the capital.
Day 2 — Kakheti – Wine Traditions & Romantic Landscapes

Journey to the Birthplace of Wine
Today we head east toward Kakheti, Georgia’s famous wine region where centuries-old traditions, endless vineyards, and charming hilltop towns create a truly magical atmosphere. This region is known as the cradle of wine civilization, with an 8,000-year-old winemaking history recognized by UNESCO.

KTW Winery Tasting
Our first destination is the renowned KTW winery. Here, you will discover the secrets of traditional Georgian wine production and enjoy a free tasting of several local wines, including famous red, white, and unique amber wines aged in traditional clay qvevri vessels. This is the perfect opportunity to experience authentic Georgian hospitality while learning why Georgia is considered one of the oldest wine-producing countries in the world.

Bodbe Monastery
Next, we visit the peaceful Bodbe Monastery, surrounded by beautiful gardens and overlooking the stunning Alazani Valley. This sacred monastery is deeply connected to Saint Nino, who brought Christianity to Georgia in the 4th century. The peaceful atmosphere, blooming gardens, and breathtaking views make this one of the most serene and beautiful locations in Kakheti.

Sighnaghi – The City of Love
We continue to the charming town of Sighnaghi, often called the “City of Love.” With its cobblestone streets, colorful balconies, defensive walls, and stunning mountain views, Sighnaghi feels like a hidden gem straight from a postcard. We explore the peaceful streets, admire the traditional architecture, and soak in the warm atmosphere that makes this town one of Georgia’s most beloved destinations.

Return to Tbilisi
As the sun sets over Kakheti’s vineyards, we return comfortably to Tbilisi for another overnight stay in the capital.
Day 3 — The Majestic Caucasus Mountains

Georgian Military Highway
Today we leave the city behind and journey deep into the breathtaking Caucasus Mountains along the historic Georgian Military Highway. This spectacular road passes through dramatic valleys, medieval fortresses, alpine landscapes, and some of the most beautiful mountain scenery in Europe.

Jinvali Reservoir
Our first stop is the stunning Jinvali Reservoir, famous for its crystal-blue waters surrounded by forest-covered mountains. The peaceful scenery and fresh mountain air make this the perfect place to begin our Caucasus adventure.

Ananuri Fortress
We continue to the beautiful Ananuri Fortress, a medieval castle complex overlooking the reservoir. Ancient towers, detailed stone churches, and breathtaking mountain views make this one of the most photogenic landmarks in the country.

Adventure in Gudauri
For adventure lovers, today offers several exciting optional activities in the mountains. Depending on the season and weather, you may experience thrilling white-water rafting, powerful ATV and buggy rides across mountain trails, or paragliding high above the valleys of Gudauri with unforgettable panoramic views of the Caucasus.

Gudauri Panorama
High in the mountains, we stop at the spectacular Gudauri Panorama, also known as the Friendship Monument. Built dramatically on the edge of a cliff, this colorful viewpoint offers jaw-dropping panoramas of deep gorges, rivers, and endless mountain ranges.

You may choose to enjoy lunch surrounded by the giant peaks of the Caucasus while tasting traditional mountain cuisine in the cozy atmosphere of Kazbegi.
