   Today we leave the busy city behind and travel to Kakheti, the famous wine region of Georgia. This beautiful area is known for its endless vineyards, ancient monasteries, traditional villages, and warm hospitality. During the tour, you will discover the rich wine culture of Georgia, taste local flavors, and enjoy breathtaking views of the Alazani Valley surrounded by the Caucasus Mountains.

   KTW Winery

   Our first stop is one of the well-known wineries in Kakheti, where you will learn about the 8,000-year-old Georgian wine tradition. Georgia is considered the birthplace of wine, and here you will have the chance to taste several authentic Georgian wines for free. You will also discover how traditional Georgian wine is made in qvevri — large clay vessels buried underground — a unique method recognized by UNESCO.

   Bodbe Monastery

   Next, we visit the peaceful Bodbe Monastery, one of the most important religious sites in Georgia. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and green hills, this monastery is connected to Saint Nino, who brought Christianity to Georgia in the 4th century. The calm atmosphere and panoramic views over the Alazani Valley make this place truly special and unforgettable.

   Sighnaghi City

   We continue to the charming hilltop town of Sighnaghi, often called the “City of Love.” With its colorful balconies, cobblestone streets, and stunning views of the mountains and vineyards, Sighnaghi is one of the most romantic and beautiful towns in Georgia. Walking through the old city walls and narrow streets feels like stepping into a fairytale.
