Programs & verification
Open Programs to apply for partner tracks, see approval status, and submit Travelguide Verified evidence. Entry points such as “Become a guide” or “Become a transfer partner” also land here. The old path /account/partner redirects to Programs.
Programs is the gate for publishing tools. Until a track is approved, related tiles on the contributions dashboard stay hidden or limited. Apply only for tracks you will actually use, and keep your guide contact details accurate before you send an application.
Partner tracks
Each track is reviewed separately. Approval on one track does not unlock another.

Statuses
On-screen labels map to these outcomes:
- None / not applied — you have not sent an application for that track.
- Pending — staff are reviewing your request; wait for a decision.
- Approved — tools for that track appear in the partner dashboard and contribute flows.
- Rejected — not approved; a note may explain why. Fix the issues and re-apply when the UI allows.
Some accounts still have legacy partner access while tracks migrate. Follow any banner or notice on Programs and on the contributions tab.
Travelguide Verified
Travelguide Verified is an optional trust badge. It is separate from track approval: you can be an approved host without the badge, and verification does not replace track applications.
On the Programs page:
- Write a clear motivation letter (why travelers should trust you).
- Upload evidence images and/or paste evidence URLs (licenses, certificates, portfolio, business pages).
- Submit for review.
Verification statuses: pending, approved, or rejected. If rejected, update evidence and resubmit when possible.
After approval
- Return to the Contributions dashboard — new tiles and quick actions appear for approved tracks.
- Tour hosts: finish the Guide profile, then create packages.
- Transfer providers: set up Fleet, then transfer listings.
- Listings partners: publish stays and rentals from the matching tiles.
Tips
- One strong, complete application beats incomplete resubmits.
- Use real business or license documents in Verified evidence—blur sensitive IDs if needed.
- After rejection, read the staff note carefully before applying again.
