Manage listings

• Start from Transfers — contribute.
• New transfer: contribute/transfers/new.
• Edit existing rows from the index; URLs follow /contribute/transfers/edit/{id}.

Publish workflow

• Keep drafts until pricing and pickup rules are final; publish when travelers should discover the offer.
