Chkvaleri is a village located in the Tsalenjikha municipality of the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region. It is built at an elevation of 320 meters above sea level and is situated in the beautiful valley of the Intsra River (a right tributary of the Chanistskali). The village is known throughout Georgia for its exceptional natural monuments and authentic Megrelian environment.

The main attraction of the village is the Intsra Waterfall, which is one of the most impressive and mystical places in Samegrelo. Chkvaleri is distinguished by its cozy location — it is 18 kilometers from Tsalenjikha and only 6 kilometers from Jvari. The local population is mainly engaged in agriculture, which is closely linked to local natural conditions.
