Mtiuleti Aragvi River
The Mtiuleti Aragvi, also known as the White Aragvi (Tetri Aragvi), is a prominent mountain river in the Mtiuleti region of eastern Georgia. It is one of the main branches that form the larger Aragvi River. Originating near the Cross Pass in the Greater Caucasus, it flows southwards through a deep and incredibly scenic gorge. The river runs parallel to the Georgian Military Highway, offering travelers breathtaking views of its turbulent, white waters and the steep, green mountains that rise on either side. The Mtiuleti Aragvi is popular for river rafting and is a central feature of the dramatic landscapes of this mountainous region.
