Day 1 — From Tbilisi to the Famous Borjomi Resort

   After a good breakfast, we begin our exciting journey through the heart of Georgia. Today we will explore ancient monasteries, historical cities, and finally arrive in the peaceful mountain town of Borjomi.

   Our first stop is the impressive Chronicle of Georgia near Tbilisi. Huge stone pillars tell the story of Georgian history, kings, and religion. From here, you can enjoy amazing panoramic views over the city and the Tbilisi Sea.

3. Jvari Monastery

   Next, we visit the beautiful Jvari Monastery, standing high above the meeting point of the Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers. This peaceful 6th-century monastery is one of the most important religious places in Georgia and offers unforgettable views.

4. Stalin Museum

   We continue to the city of Gori, where we visit the Stalin Museum. Here you can learn more about the Soviet period, see historical photographs, personal items, and Stalin’s famous train carriage.

5. Optional · Lunch in Gori

   Before continuing the road, we can stop for lunch in Gori and enjoy traditional Georgian food in a local restaurant.

6. Evening Welcome to Borjomi

   By evening, we arrive in Borjomi, one of the most famous resort towns in Georgia, surrounded by forests and mountains.

7. Borjomi Central Park

   We visit the beautiful Borjomi Park, known for its natural mineral water springs and relaxing atmosphere. You can walk through the green park, taste the famous Borjomi mineral water directly from the source, and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

8. End · Overnight in Borjomi

   After a relaxing day, we check in to the hotel and enjoy a peaceful overnight stay in Borjomi.

Day 2 — Adventure to Vardzia and Rabati Castle

   After breakfast, we continue our adventure toward southern Georgia, where ancient fortresses, cave cities, and beautiful landscapes are waiting for us.

   For adventure lovers, we can make an optional rafting stop on the river. It is a fun and exciting activity surrounded by beautiful nature.

3. Arrival in Akhaltsikhe

   We arrive in the historic town of Akhaltsikhe, located in the Samtskhe-Javakheti region.

4. Optional · Lunch in Akhaltsikhe

   Before exploring more historical sites, we can stop for lunch and taste delicious local dishes.

5. Vardzia Cave City

   One of the highlights of the tour is the incredible Vardzia Cave Monastery. Built inside the cliffs during the 12th century, this ancient cave city once had hundreds of rooms, tunnels, churches, and secret passages. Walking through Vardzia feels like traveling back in time to medieval Georgia.

6. Rabati Castle

Day 3 — Lakes, Canyons, and Return to Tbilisi

   After breakfast, we begin our journey back to Tbilisi through the stunning volcanic landscapes and highlands of southern Georgia.

2. Sagamo Lake

   Our first stop is the peaceful Sagamo Lake, surrounded by open landscapes and fresh mountain air. It is a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the quiet beauty of nature.

3. Paravani Lake

   Next, we visit Paravani Lake, the largest lake in Georgia. Located high in the mountains, this beautiful lake is famous for its dramatic landscapes and untouched natural beauty.

4. Optional · Lunch Near Tsalka Canyon

   Before visiting the canyon, we can stop for lunch and enjoy local Georgian cuisine surrounded by nature.
