Day 1 — Day 1: Journey to the Great Caucasus Mountains

Today we begin an unforgettable adventure from Tbilisi to the beautiful mountains of Kazbegi. Along the famous Georgian Military Highway, we will discover ancient monasteries, rivers, castles, and breathtaking mountain landscapes. This day is full of history, nature, and incredible panoramic views that will introduce you to the true beauty of Georgia.

Chronicle of Georgia
Our first stop is the impressive Chronicle of Georgia, located on a hill above the Tbilisi Sea. Huge stone pillars decorated with carvings tell stories about Georgian kings, heroes, and important moments from the country’s history. The peaceful atmosphere and panoramic views over the lake and the city make this place one of the most unique landmarks near Tbilisi.

Jvari Monastery
Next, we visit the famous Jvari Monastery, one of the most important religious sites in Georgia. Built in the 6th century, the monastery stands high above the ancient city of Mtskheta. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views where the Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers meet between green hills and mountain landscapes.

Jinvali Reservoir
Continuing toward the mountains, we stop at the beautiful Jinvali Reservoir. The bright blue water surrounded by forests and hills creates one of the most scenic views along the road to Kazbegi. It is a perfect place for relaxing, taking photos, and enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Ananuri Castle
Next, we explore the historic Ananuri Castle complex beside the reservoir. We begin the morning with an easy walk to the beautiful Gveleti Waterfall. Hidden between rocky cliffs and green mountain landscapes, this peaceful waterfall is one of the natural treasures of Kazbegi. Fresh mountain air and the sound of flowing water create a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature.

During the day, we enjoy easy hiking routes through beautiful valleys and mountain scenery. The trails offer breathtaking views of the Caucasus Mountains and peaceful natural landscapes.

Next, we visit the charming village of Juta, one of the highest villages in Georgia. Surrounded by dramatic rocky mountains and green valleys, Juta is famous for its untouched beauty and peaceful atmosphere. It is one of the best places in Georgia for mountain lovers and photographers.

Day 3 — Day 3: From Mountains to Ancient Georgia

Today we leave the mountains behind and travel toward western Georgia. Along the way, we discover Soviet history and one of the oldest cave towns in the country before arriving in the historic city of Kutaisi.

Stalin Museum in Gori
Our first stop is the Stalin Museum in Gori, the birthplace of Joseph Stalin. The museum displays historical photographs, personal belongings, documents, and Stalin’s famous train carriage. This visit offers an interesting look into Soviet history and Georgia’s past.

We can enjoy an optional traditional Georgian lunch in Gori before continuing our journey westward.

Next, we explore the ancient cave city of Uplistsikhe, carved directly into the rocks thousands of years ago. Next, we visit the stunning Kinchkha Waterfall hidden deep in the green mountains of western Georgia. Surrounded by forests and rocky cliffs, this waterfall is one of the tallest and most beautiful waterfalls in the country. Fresh mountain air and peaceful nature make this place truly special.

Day 5 — Day 5: Batumi and Adjara Beauty

Today we explore the beautiful nature of Adjara together with the modern seaside atmosphere of Batumi. Waterfalls, mountain villages, panoramic views, and famous city landmarks create the perfect final full day of the journey.

Makhuntseti Waterfall
We begin the morning with a scenic drive into the green mountains of Adjara to visit the beautiful Makhuntseti Waterfall. Surrounded by forests and fresh mountain air, this peaceful place is one of the most popular natural attractions near Batumi. Nearby, you can also see the historic medieval stone bridge that adds even more charm to the area.

Next, we continue to the peaceful village of Tkhilnari located high in the hills above Batumi. The village offers beautiful panoramic views over the mountains, green landscapes, and the Black Sea coastline. This is the perfect place to experience authentic village life and local hospitality.

We also explore the lively Port of Batumi filled with yachts, palm trees, modern buildings, and relaxing sea views.

To finish the day, we take the Batumi cable car high above the city for breathtaking panoramic views over the Black Sea, mountains, harbor, and Batumi skyline. Watching the sunset from above the city is the perfect ending to the day.

Before leaving Batumi, we visit the beautiful Batumi Botanical Garden located on green cliffs above the Black Sea. The garden is full of exotic plants, colorful flowers, tropical trees, and peaceful walking paths with amazing sea views. The relaxing atmosphere and fresh sea air make this the perfect final morning on the coast.
