Day 1 — Day 1: Monasteries and Ancient Cave Cities

Departure from Tbilisi
Today marks the beginning of an unforgettable journey across Georgia. We travel through the heart of the country, discovering sacred monasteries, Soviet history, and one of the oldest cave settlements in the Caucasus before continuing west toward Kutaisi.

Chronicle of Georgia
Our first destination is the monumental Chronicle of Georgia, one of the most impressive landmarks overlooking the Tbilisi Sea. Towering stone pillars rise dramatically into the sky, carved with scenes of Georgian kings, queens, saints, and biblical stories. The atmosphere here feels mysterious and powerful, almost like standing inside an ancient forgotten empire. From the hilltop, breathtaking panoramic views stretch across the lake and surrounding landscapes.

Jvari Monastery
Next, we continue to the legendary Jvari Monastery, a UNESCO-protected masterpiece standing high above the ancient city of Mtskheta. Built in the 6th century, this sacred place is one of Georgia’s most important spiritual landmarks. From the monastery terrace, you will witness the magical meeting point of the Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers below.

Stalin Museum in Gori
Our journey then takes us to the city of Gori, the birthplace of Joseph Stalin. Here we visit the famous Stalin Museum, where preserved photographs, documents, personal belongings, and Stalin’s original armored train carriage tell the story of one of the most influential and controversial leaders of the 20th century.

Traditional Lunch in Gori
Before continuing our adventure, we can enjoy an optional traditional Georgian lunch in Gori. Fresh homemade dishes, local flavors, warm bread, and authentic Georgian hospitality create the perfect relaxing break.

Uplistsikhe Cave Town
In the afternoon, we explore the ancient rock-hewn city of Uplistsikhe, one of the oldest settlements in Georgia. Carved directly into towering cliffs thousands of years ago, this extraordinary cave town once stood along the Silk Road. As we walk through ancient tunnels, wine cellars, temples, hidden chambers, and narrow stone streets, it feels as though time itself has stopped.

As evening approaches, we continue our scenic drive westward toward Kutaisi. After arriving, you will have time to relax and recharge. Overnight in Kutaisi.
Day 2 — Day 2: Wonders of Western Georgia

Today is dedicated to the breathtaking natural beauty of western Georgia. Underground caves, roaring waterfalls, emerald canyons, and lush forests create a day filled with unforgettable scenery.

Our morning begins inside the magical world of Prometheus Cave, one of Georgia’s most spectacular underground attractions. Deep beneath the earth, enormous illuminated chambers reveal colorful stalactites, stalagmites, underground rivers, and stunning natural formations shaped over millions of years.

Kinchkha Waterfall
Next, we travel into the mountainous forests to discover the beautiful Kinchkha Waterfall. Surrounded by untouched nature and dramatic rocky cliffs, this powerful waterfall is considered one of the tallest and most impressive in the country.

Lunch in Martvili
Before exploring the canyon, we can stop for an optional lunch in the Martvili region. Here you can enjoy delicious homemade Georgian cuisine surrounded by green landscapes.

Martvili Canyon
In the afternoon, we arrive at the enchanting Martvili Canyon, famous for its emerald-green water. Moss-covered cliffs rise above crystal-clear rivers while waterfalls cascade gently. We will walk along panoramic pathways and bridges. Visitors may also choose to take a peaceful boat ride through the narrow canyon passages.

Arrival in Batumi
As the day comes to an end, we continue toward Georgia’s beautiful Black Sea coast and arrive in Batumi. After hotel check-in, you can relax, enjoy the evening sea breeze, or take a walk along Batumi Boulevard. Overnight in Batumi.
Day 3 — Day 3: Adjara Mountains and Batumi Vibes

Today we explore the natural beauty and authentic culture of the Adjara region before discovering Batumi’s modern seaside atmosphere.

Makhuntseti Waterfall
Our journey begins with a scenic drive into the green mountains of Adjara to visit the breathtaking Makhuntseti Waterfall. Hidden among forests and rocky cliffs, this powerful waterfall creates a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. Nearby, you can also admire the historic stone arch bridge dating back to medieval times.

Tkhilnari Village
Next, we continue to the peaceful village of Tkhilnari, located high above Batumi. This charming countryside area offers incredible panoramic views of mountains, tea plantations, and the Black Sea coastline stretching into the distance.

For lunch, we can enjoy homemade Adjarian dishes prepared with fresh local ingredients and served with traditional Georgian hospitality.

Batumi City Tour
After returning to Batumi, we explore the city’s most famous attractions along the seaside boulevard. We visit the moving Ali and Nino Monument and the impressive Alphabet Tower. We also explore the Port of Batumi, where modern skyscrapers, yachts, and palm trees create a vibrant coastal atmosphere.

To finish the day, we take the Batumi cable car high above the city for unforgettable panoramic views over the Black Sea, surrounding mountains, harbor, and illuminated skyline.

After a full day of exploring, it is time to relax and enjoy one more peaceful night by the Black Sea. Overnight in Batumi.
Day 4 — Day 4: Coast to Capital

This morning we begin our journey back toward Tbilisi, but the adventure is not over yet.

Batumi Botanical Garden
Before leaving Batumi, we visit the spectacular Batumi Botanical Garden, one of the most beautiful in the region. Located on green cliffs overlooking the Black Sea, this peaceful paradise is home to exotic plants, tropical trees, and walking paths surrounded by breathtaking coastal scenery.

Lunch in Zestafoni
As we continue our drive eastward, we can stop for an optional lunch near Zestafoni to enjoy more authentic Georgian cuisine.

Mtskheta
Before arriving in Tbilisi, we visit the ancient city of Mtskheta, the old capital and spiritual heart of Georgia. Surrounded by centuries of history and traditional architecture, this UNESCO World Heritage Site holds a special place in Georgian culture.
