Etserferdi is situated in western Georgia, within the Tsalenjikha Municipality. The village is beautifully positioned on the right bank of the Enguri River, at an elevation of approximately 291 meters above sea level. It is located about 11 kilometers northwest of the municipal center, the town of Tsalenjikha.
