Built at an elevation of 1,060 meters above sea level on the northern slope of the Racha Range, this settlement is one of the most peaceful and almost deserted villages of the region. The village is located on the right bank of the Kheori River (a left tributary of the Rioni). The local landscape is rich in deciduous forests and mountain meadows. The surroundings of Bokva are great for hiking and photography.
