Situated at an elevation of 740 meters above sea level, this small settlement is 17 kilometers away from the town of Kareli. Abisistavi, as its name suggests (meaning "head of Abisi"), was historically closely connected to the neighboring village of Abisi and is still part of the Abisi community today.
