Tskaltsitela River

The Tskaltsitela River, meaning 'Red Water', is a major river in the Imereti region. It flows through a spectacular, deep gorge near Kutaisi. The river and its gorge are historically significant, with the Gelati Monastery and Motsameta Monastery located nearby. The gorge is also a popular spot for hiking and nature exploration.
