Gulikami

The village of Gulikami lies along the right bank of the Paravani River in the Akhalkalaki Municipality, Samtskhe-Javakheti. Located approximately 1 kilometer east of the municipal center of Akhalkalaki, the settlement is positioned on the high-altitude Javakheti Plateau at an elevation of 1720 meters.

Geography and Climate

The landscape around Gulikami is defined by the open, expansive plains characteristic of the Javakheti region. The proximity to the Paravani River gorge provides the primary water source for the surrounding fields. Due to its altitude, the village experiences a continental mountain climate.
