Dedisferuli, also known locally as Kakliani, is a small village situated in the Pankisi Valley within the Akhmeta municipality of the Kakheti region. Located at an elevation of approximately 800 meters, the village sits along the right bank of the Alazani River. It serves as a quiet point of entry into the higher elevations of the valley, reachable via the road network connecting Akhmeta to the upper settlements of Pankisi.

Access to Dedisferuli is primarily facilitated by the road winding north from the municipal center of Akhmeta, located about 19 kilometers away. The journey passes through the changing landscape of the Alazani River basin, transitioning from the broader plains into the narrower, more mountainous terrain typical of the Pankisi area. The village itself occupies a hillside position, offering clear sightlines toward the surrounding slopes and the river valley below.
