Dabnia is a village in the Akhalkalaki municipality of the Samtskhe-Javakheti region. Part of the Khaveti community, it sits at an elevation of 1720 meters above sea level within the southern section of the Javakheti plateau. The village occupies the left bank of the Kodalo River, a right tributary of the Mtkvari, which defines its setting in this highland environment.
