In the Kakheti region, within the Sagarejo Municipality, in the Manavi community, lies the village of Burdiani. Built at an elevation of 740 meters above sea level, on the southwestern slope of the Gombori Range, this settlement is one of the peaceful and traditional villages of the region. Burdiani charms visitors with its fertile lands, clean air, and the unhurried rhythm characteristic of Kakhetian villages.

Geography and Nature

The village is located on the right side of the Chailuri River, 15 kilometers away from Sagarejo. The local landscape is rich in vineyards and orchards, giving the village special colors in spring and autumn. The climate is moderately warm, creating the best conditions for viticulture — as the Manavi zone is famous for its unique wines. The surroundings of Burdiani are great for hiking and nature lovers.

Today, about 30 people live in Burdiani. Despite the small population, the village maintains the hospitality and peaceful environment characteristic of Kakheti.
