The village is located on the right side of the Chailuri River, 15 kilometers away from Sagarejo. The climate is moderately warm, creating the best conditions for viticulture — as the Manavi zone is famous for its unique wines. The surroundings of Burdiani are great for hiking and nature lovers.

Today, about 30 people live in Burdiani. Despite the small population, the village maintains the hospitality and peaceful environment characteristic of Kakheti.
