Positioned at an elevation of approximately 600 meters above sea level in the foothills of the Meskheti Range, the village is characterized by its isolated setting and high level of seclusion. Access to the village is limited, requiring travel through the mountainous terrain of the Baghdati area, and the route is primarily suited for vehicles capable of handling unpaved or narrow mountain tracks.
