Traffic on Senaki-Poti-Sarpi road 72nd and 89th km to resume from May 26

According to the Roads Department of Georgia, light vehicle traffic on the 72nd and 89th km of the international Senaki-Poti-Sarpi highway will resume on May 26, 2026, at 14:00. Heavy, trailer, and semi-trailer truck traffic will resume on May 28. The restrictions, which began on May 14, were due to the repair of expansion joints on the bridge at the 85th km of the highway.
